Today we’re recruiting for a Personal Assistant to 2 directors of this fantastic company.

 

Day to day you’ll be managing two busy diaries, responding to emails, booking travel and providing ad-hoc administrative support.

 

What’s that ad-hoc support I hear you ask? Well, it could be anything from supporting with putting a PowerPoint presentation together before a big meeting, to working with energy suppliers to get a new deal on the office electric.

 

It’s an SME, so everyone rolls their sleeves up and works together.

 

Attitude is everything for these guys. We want someone motivated with bags of energy – that’s a must.

 

Naturally, we’d need you to be a good multi-tasker, well organised and act with strict confidence.

 

Our ideal candidate will have a background as either a PA within a fast-paced SME, or a Coordinator type role where you have been responsible for spinning many plates.

 

Paying from £25.5k to £27.5k dependant on experience. You’ll get a pay rise every year and genuine opportunities to progress as the business grows.

 

There’s a healthy annual bonus, team socials, a healthcare plan and 22 days holidays a year (plus your birthday), which increases a day each year after the first 2.

 

Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, office based in WF4.
