Wrexham Industrial Estate has some fine managerial talent working within the walls of all those cladded manufacturing sites. We’re wanting to meet the best of the best now.

 

You’ll be focused on leadership, compliance and all-round development of this forward moving plant.

 

Working closely with the Quality department to ensure products are up to standard, working with the Sales department to ensure we’re making enough of what’s needed – you’ll be a specialist in making sure everyone’s on the same page.

 

Managing staffing levels, rotas and team development will come naturally to you. A proven background in managing production is a must.

 

Your day to day will mainly involve three departments / lines – any issues that arise within those areas, you’ll be the person to think on your feet and bring the solutions.

 

The site is expertly run, with everyone pulling in the same direction. We want you to be a part of it. Sharing ideas of what works, what doesn’t, and how you can all improve together.

 

You’ll have an ambitious mindset, ready to work in an environment that has superb training and progression on offer.

 

Monday – Friday days, £45-48k per annum. You’ll get 25 days holidays. Wrexham based.
