We’re looking to add an experienced Hire Desk Controller to this fantastic Tool and Plant Hire business.

 

It’s a well-run operation with just a handful of staff at this particular depot, so the need to have sound product knowledge is desirable to these guys.

 

This could well suit someone who has an ambition to go into a Depot Manager position and lead from the front – we can offer that.

 

It’s HUGELY fast paced and often reactive. We aren’t shying away from that. But with all that being said, you’ve got a cracking team at the side of you all pulling in the same direction.

 

You’ll bring a good chunk of confidence, resilience and a big smile on your face.

 

Day to day, you’ll speak to customers, open new accounts, get kit booked in and on a truck for delivery. When it’s not that, you’ll be organising engineers and making sure that any breakdowns are resolved quickly and effectively.

 

It’s wide ranging, it’s fast paced, it’s demanding – but full training is provided and it’s massively rewarding.

 

We can pay up to £35k. You’ll get regular pay reviews and private healthcare after passing the 6 month probation. 22 days annual leave with an extra day on milestone birthdays.

 

Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 5pm, depot based in Blaydon.
