After all, these products can be found on the shelves of Harrods, Liberty and Selfridges to name a few. It’s a proper British premium brand you’ll be a part of.

 

Now we’re looking for someone to take the lead on all things packaging. Not just making things look good (although that matters) but making them work – practically and sustainably.

 

This is a role for someone who gets excited about the details. The type of material. The way something opens. How it sits on a shelf. Whether it can be recycled without a headache. You’ll be the person asking, “Can we make this better?”… and then actually doing something about it.

 

You’ll be working right in the middle of everything. One minute you’re bouncing ideas around with marketing, the next you’re chatting with suppliers and figuring out how to make it all come together in a way that works in production. It’s creative, but it’s also about making smart decisions – balancing design, cost, sustainability, and reality.

 

If you’ve got a good handle on sustainable materials, recyclability, and how packaging choices impact the bigger picture, you’ll feel right at home.

 

We’re looking for someone who’s done this before – someone who understands packaging development and knows how to take an idea from sketch to shelf. You’ll need to be comfortable making decisions, managing projects and keeping lots of moving parts heading in the same direction. You’ll be reporting directly into the Commercial Director.

We can pay £60,000 – £70,000 depending on experience, with an annual bonus on top of that (after 12 months service). 22 days holiday with a buy / sell scheme too. There’s also a fantastic 50% discount on online orders (you’ll be a family favourite at Christmas!).

 

Monday – Friday, HU15 based.
