Our client is a well-established distributor based in Ravensthorpe with a tight-knit team and a straightforward culture. They get on with the job and they look after their people. We’re now looking for a Warehouse Manager to take the reins following an internal departure.
This is a hands-on role. You’ll be leading a small team of four or five warehouse operatives, keeping goods flowing, making sure stock is rotated, inventory counts are spot on, and everything is picked, packed and scanned properly.
You’ll also hold the keys to health and safety compliance on the floor and get behind the wheel of a forklift when needed – so a valid FLT licence is a must.
You don’t need to come from a huge operation. What matters is that you’re organised, dependable and the kind of person your team respects.
Someone who leads by doing, not just by directing.
We’re paying £33,000 – £38,000 dependant on experience, with a discretionary annual bonus subject to company performance.
Monday to Thursday 9–5.30, and a 3.30pm finish every Friday. Yes, really.
20 days plus bank holidays, with free onsite parking. Dewsbury / Ravensthorpe based.
