These guys are already well established across the Midlands, with a solid reputation in the Hire industry. Now, we’re looking for another ambitious salesperson to help drive growth across Leicester, South Nottingham, Derby South and the surrounding areas.
You’ll walk into a territory with genuine opportunity. Existing accounts ready to be developed. Dormant customers ready to be re-engaged. New business there for the taking. And the backing of experienced Hire Desk teams who know how to deliver when you win the work.
We’re not looking for someone who wants to coast on a salary. We want someone commercially sharp, naturally proactive and hungry to build something properly rewarding. Someone who enjoys getting out in front of customers, building relationships, spotting opportunities and growing a portfolio they can genuinely call their own.
If you already know the hire industry, even better. Scissor lifts, plant, tools – anything like that. Existing contacts and relationships would be a huge advantage, but attitude matters just as much. We want someone who’s motivated by growth, not someone looking to jump ship again in 12 months because the next company offered another £2k basic.
Day-to-day, you’ll be out meeting customers, carrying out site visits, identifying opportunities and growing accounts across your territory. You’ll manage your pipeline, work closely with the depot teams and become a key part of a business that genuinely delivers on what it promises.
In return, we can offer £38,000 – £40,000, a generous commission structure, an electric Mercedes company car, private healthcare, a Royal London pension and 20 days holidays that increase with service.
