Here you’ll be selling long and short-term leases of Plant equipment to internal trades across London and the South West.

It’s a cracking SME you’ll be working for too. Voted in the “Top 30 Access companies in the UK” recently, with one eye on the future they have a predominantly “green” fleet. They’ve grown at a nice pace over the last few years and have an ambitious plan to grow a 4 figure fleet in the next 18 months.

To do that, we need you on board. A natural seller with zero ego.

You’ll be reporting into the Sales Director who’s got 10 years service in the business, working alongside 2 further BDM’s who are both pulling in the same direction to achieve the business goals.

It’s a hybrid role. You’ll generally only be in the office 1 day a week, if that. The rest of the time, you’ll be working remotely or out on the road visiting prospects.

This team puts faith in its staff. If you’re hitting targets and bringing in business, we trust you to get on with it, it’s that simple.

This business has ambitious plans so we’re open to who we meet. Location wise, South West / Essex is our first choice… but, if you’re in the South Midlands, Swindon or Oxford way, that could work too.

Paying £50-55k, but if you’re after more and can prove you’re worth it, lets still have a chat.

Bonus structure that should see you earn £10k + per year on top of your basic, with achievable targets. c£650 p/m car allowance. 23 days holidays.
