This role is all about collecting cash, as the job title clearly suggests.
You’ll have a background speaking to customers on the phones or specifically in a finance / debt chasing type of role – you’ll be responsible for bringing down those debtor days and bringing outstanding debt into the business.
You’ll be confident on the phones – that’s a must. Customer service will come naturally to you.
The business has around 100 staff, this team is relatively small though. Once you’ve joined, it’ll be a department of 4. You’ll have a big part to play, you won’t just be a number here.
They’re based in BD4. It’s 9-5:30, office based. You’ll need to drive really, public transport gets there but not for those hours unfortunately.
£24,000 a year, once probations passed (3 months), you’ll have some realistic targets to hit to get a steady £200 p/m bonus too.
