Today we’re recruiting for a Finance Assistant to join their Accounts team.
It’s not your ‘off the shelf’ role that we’d usually be filling in a Finance team.
You’ll predominantly be doing a credit control and chasing customer payments, but you’ll be putting invoices on the system and some typical data entry too. Everything in-between will be administration of some form – so a master of multi-tasking is required!
A huge percentage of their staff have been promoted internally, it’s something they actively encourage.
It’s an SME, everyone rolls their sleeves up and works together – we’ll need you to have that energy.
Attitude is everything for these guys. We want someone motivated with plenty of enthusiasm – that’s a must.
We don’t need you to have a ton of Credit Control experience, exposure to Accounts in general would be great though. Naturally, we’d need you to be a confident communicator as you’d often be having challenging conversations with customers.
Paying from £27-29k dependant on experience.
There’s a healthy annual bonus, team socials, a healthcare plan and 22 days holidays a year (plus your birthday), which increases a day each year after the first 2.
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, office based in WF4.
