If you’re our new person to head up our wonderful clients Health & Safety, you’ll of been within the Construction industry in the last 5 years ideally.

If we’re being really picky and more specific, we want someone with experience ensuring the safety of a huge fleet of Powered Access equipment.

You’ll become a key part of the UK’s largest independently owned businesses in its industry.

You’ll be well versed in developing and implementing policies, procedures and systems to safeguard their employees and the business itself.

Working at height needs to be done safely, so risk assessments, audits and inspections will become a big part of your day to day.

You’ll be the industry expert. You’ll be protecting everyone’s safety and the interests of the business – we’ll need your guidance on best practice and promoting a culture of safety excellence across the board.

You’ll be passionate all things compliance. You’ll come in and identify areas that could be operating better and roll things out, making sure everyone’s singing from the same hymn sheet. They’re already in good shape mind, don’t worry about that.

You’ll have your NEBOSH, a fountain of knowledge in terms of H&S legislations and regulations and be a very strong communicator.

This role is Bromsgrove based. We require you to have a full UK driving license for this one, just in case you’re needed at a site on the odd occasions.

Paying up to £42,000 with a company car included.
