These guys have grown at a rapid rate. 40 staff in 4 years. £15m turnover. No easy feat. During Covid too, phwoar. They’re bloody good at what they do and want the very best personalities to take it even further. With a bit of luck, you fit the bill.
We don’t need you to have experience in the Hire industry. We’re hoping you have exposure to speaking on the phone and over email with those all-important customers, that’s all. You’ll bring a good bit of confidence, resilience and a big smile on your face. Attitude is everything for these guys. Egos at the door.
Day to day, you’ll speak to customers, open new accounts, get kit booked in and on a truck for delivery. It’s wide ranging, it’s fast paced, it’s demanding. But it’s also a fantastic culture where everyone helps each other and has each others back, and the training is first class – you’ll get taught everything you need to know.
Paying up to £24k. On average your pay will increase a minimum of £2k per year as you gain the experience.
Have industry experience? We can probably pay a little more too.
There’s an annual bonus, regular pay reviews, team socials, a healthcare plan and 22 days holidays a year (plus your birthday), which increases a day each year after the first 2.
Monday to Friday, 8am – 5pm, office based in WF4.
