Due to growth, we’re on the hunt for a Starch Refinery Supervisor to help efficiently manage a small team within a manufacturing facility.

Paying £35.5k – this is Wrexham based. You’ll be doing 4 x 12 hour days in Week 1, and 3 x 12 hour nights Week 2 – no weekends.

This site is proud to have a great retention rate, with many of the team working 10+ years within the business.

You’ll set the team up at the start of the shift and address any performance issues throughout.

You’ll have strong and natural leadership qualities.

You’ll make sure the team are generally happy and all trained up in the tasks they have been assigned for the shift.

Experience leading a team within a manufacturing (or FMCG etc) environment is essential, we want you to come in and be comfortable leading a team that needs direction.

You’ll be proactive, you’ll have daily operational challenges that will require you to think on your feet and resolve quickly alongside the leadership team.

Paying £35,479 annually.
