2024 saw them invest a huge amount into their offices, with the freshly renovated space boasting free amenities and parking.
Your day to day will involve working with the Transport and Sales team to ensure that we offer top-notch service levels to customers.
You’ll get to know these customers too, understanding their needs and how they work. You’ll focus on building rapport and handling any issues that arise.
Someone at their top of their game in this role will foresee the customers needs before they do, proactive over reactive every time.
Accuracy is key– order processing, invoicing and coordinating deliveries will go through you too.
The perfect candidate here will have a good commercial brain and a solid customer service background, with a minimum of 2 years experience within Sales Planning.
We’ve got a £30-35k budget, Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. Castleford (WF10) based.. just around the corner of Xscape.
