You’ll be working for a well-established manufacturer in the area that’s big enough to have the capacity to help you develop, but small enough to actually care.

First and foremost for this role, you’ll be passionate about supervising a small team and ensuring everyone’s pulling in the same direction.

We’ve deliveries coming and going daily. You’ll be the one making sure everything from the end of the production line to the start of the loading bay runs like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll have a good chunk of experience at a busy site, running a warehouse and keeping a team working with a smile on their faces.

You’ll enjoy being hands-on and mucking in. You’ll be working with the team, not above them. You’ll need to be on the Forklift trucks to keep things moving, so having experience there will be a bonus.

It’s a Monday to Friday role, 8:30am – 4:30pm. 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays). Paying £30k per annum.
